'Arrow' director Glen Winter Instagrammed a photo of Brandon Routh and Emily Bett Rickards on-set two weeks ago, presumably filming the third season premiere episode. Brandon Routh plays physicist 'Ray Palmer' who is a potential love interest for Rickards' Felicity, new owner of Queen Consolidated, and eventually becomes the DC Comics hero the 'Atom.'
