Brandon Routh chatted with the media at a red carpet event last week, the Upfronts, ahead of presenting the much-watched (4.3M views on YouTube) trailer for the ARROW/THE FLASH spinoff DC's LEGENDS OF TOMORROW where he talked more about Ray Palmer's role in the team and how events in the show effect the world and not just one city. Update: Brandon and the rest of the cast spoke to DC All Access about the show:
To E! Online, he talked about what it's like to shrink as The Atom, crossovers to and from LEGENDS, and just how 'big' the show will get:
To Comic Book Resources, he says Ray is a leader of the team.
CBR: You got to have that contrast on Arrow, but have you talked at all with the creators about Ray and the Atom’s position with the team on Legends?
BR: I think he’ll have a similar purpose, bringing the comedy as well as the superhero stuff. But I think Ray will tend to be a little more of a leader of the team, having been a businessman and running Palmertech, being a billionaire, he knows how to bring people together and have them work as a team.
